  • We are delighted to continue in the Marketing Agreement with Ocean Reef Club. This agreement allows Mary Lee Presents Ocean Reef Properties to be able to have their advertising delivered to the Inn, Marina, Ocean Reef Club Rentals and on all Ocean Reef Club owned property.  We would like to thank the members of Ocean Reef Club for “A Very Good Year.”  We are proud to have invested $145,000 through the Marketing Agreement with Ocean Reef Club.
  • Celebrating our first year in business, Mary Lee Presents Ocean Reef Properties is proud to have represented 104 listings in our first year of business @ $215,997,500. We presently represent 62 of the finest homes @ $138,692,000. We are delighted to have represented 35 sales totaling over $61,000,000. We are proud to have donated over $74,000 to the charities of the homeowner and homebuyer of their choice:  the Medical Center at Ocean Reef, Ocean Reef Cultural Center, The  Art League, Ocean Reef Conservation Association, Ocean Reef Academy, Gravik Animal Care Center (ORCAT), and 

    The  Key’s Children’s Foundation.
